ABOUT THE SPEAKER: 

Sam Skelton is a lifestyle filmmaker and director of photography based in Cleveland, Ohio.  His accidental journey into the healing powers of the cold spawned from a childhood passion of surfing Lake Erie. In recent years research from leading institutions has affirmed what he had learned through experience - mental, spiritual, and physical enlightenment waits in the icy waves. The Cold is our friend and Sam believes it has much to offer to the suffering citizens of the great northern cities.
