Physical movement early in the day is good for us. To invest in ourselves, and our well-being, the greater Cleveland Creative Communities are invited to join a morning ritual of music, movement, and healthy living.
On Sunday, Oct 6th, Greyt Culture is partnering with a new health & wellness complex in Gordon Square - Soul Space - to present our first public SUNRISE SILENT DISCO.
At 7 am we’ll wake up our bodies with a long stretch, Yoga led by Julianne Putano of Studio Cleveland.
At 8 am 3 DJs will commence in a 2-hour battle for your attention on the outdoor terrace dance floor -
Presque View vs. DJ Navy vs. Maulius.
Pop your headphones on and dance to your chosen beat of the moment or select the beat of your neighbor. Take them off and enjoy morning serenity with healthy gut-conscious tastings from PureFyx cafe.
