The Shoreway is a red-brick loft building at 1200 West 76th Street, beside the railroad tracks near the Lake Erie shore. Its name runs in tall letters across the top corner, above a ghost sign still faded into the brick. Up top, the rooftop deck has a pergola, lounge seating and potted palms, with the lake in view at sunset.
