Privacy Policy

Greyt Culture is run by GREYT CULTURE LLC in Cleveland, Ohio. This policy covers thatsgreyt.com, our emails, and our text messages. Our terms of service cover the rest.

What we collect

• Your profile: name, headline, bio, city, links, photos and tags, if you make one.
• The email address you sign in or register with, and a mobile number if you give us one.
• The events you register for, attend or take part in, with any answers you give on a registration form.
• Registrations, memberships, donations and store orders. Card payments go through Stripe; we never see or keep your card number.
• Whether our emails reach you and are opened, so we can stop sending to addresses that don’t work.
• Visits to the site: the page, where you came from, your device type and rough location (city or region). Your browser keeps a random ID and a 30-day cookie that remembers how you first arrived, so a registration or donation can say where it started. We don’t run advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use what we collect to run events and keep the archive accurate: to hold your registration and check you in, send confirmations, reminders and day-of updates, show your profile the way you set it, process payments, and see which events and announcements people find.

You choose who sees your profile: everyone, signed-in members, or only you and Greyt staff. Email addresses are never published, sold, or shared with partners.

When you add links while setting up your profile, we read those public pages automatically to suggest profile details such as your headline, bio and tags. Nothing is added to your profile unless you choose it.

Text messages

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you give us a mobile number for texts, we use it only for the texts you asked for. Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never sold, and never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text to stop them. Details are on text messages.

Who handles it for us

A few services run parts of the site for us and handle your information only to do that: Supabase (our database), Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages), and Google (Google sign-in, and reading the public links you add to your profile). We also share information when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can claim, edit, or ask us to remove your profile at any time. Turn emails and texts on or off in your account preferences, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text. Email us and we will handle anything else.
