Mixed-use hub at East 55th and St. Clair

HUB 55 is a mixed-use complex at East 55th Street and St. Clair Avenue in the St. Clair-Superior neighborhood, developed by Rick Semersky, then owner of the neighboring Sterle's Country House. Plans called for a brewery and taproom, a cafe, a market for local makers, and office and retail space, and Goldhorn Brewery was set to open there in July 2016.
