Baked AF

Baked AF is a Cleveland bakery that makes scratch-made versions of the snack-cake classics people grew up with: same nostalgia, better snacks. Baker Amira Fahmy (the "AF" in the name) started the business after her first batch of oatmeal cream pies made it clear that throwback snacks were her thing, and the lineup has since grown to other childhood favorites, made from quality ingredients "plus a little bit of science and a lot of whimsy" at its bakery in downtown Cleveland. Many of the treats are plant-based.

Baked AF sells online, at markets and pop-ups, and wholesale to coffee shops and cafés, with stockists including Lekko Coffee, Dahlia Coffee and Roasted.
