Constantino's Market

Neighborhood grocery, Downtown Cleveland

About the organization

Constantino's Market is a family-owned Cleveland grocer. Constantine "Costas" Mavromichalis opened the first store in 2005 in the Warehouse District, in the Bingham building on West 9th Street, and it remains the company's downtown market. The store mixes grocery staples with chef-prepared meals, a deli, beer and wine, Erie Island coffee and more than 150 locally made products.

In 2012 Constantino's opened a second market at Uptown in University Circle, on Euclid Avenue at East 115th Street, one of the first shops in that development. It served the Case Western Reserve and University Circle neighborhood for eight years before closing in April 2020.
