J ROC Development is a Cleveland real estate developer creating high-end residential and mixed-use projects with an affinity for modern architecture and forward-thinking urban design. Jesse Grant and Nick Catanzarite founded it in 2010, and the company focuses on long-term ownership, operation and management of what it builds. Its team of about 20 handles everything from predevelopment and construction to leasing and property management, and its completed and active developments total nearly $275 million.

Recent work includes the Driftwood apartments in Tremont, the 82-unit Camden Woods townhomes in Strongsville and a planned hotel at SouthPark Mall.
