Organizational Architecture

Organizational Architecture is a veteran-owned human resources consulting firm based in Cleveland, founded in 2007 and led by president Mark Fiala. It helps organizations line up their workforce with their strategy, with work in compensation, training and development, performance management, organizational design, employee communications and HR audits.

The firm also recruits senior leaders for nonprofits, public libraries, public agencies and companies. Its clients have included Heights Libraries, The Urbana Free Library and the Michigan Library Association.
