Phoenix Coffee Co.

Phoenix Coffee Co. is a Cleveland specialty coffee roaster that has been roasting in the city since 1990. It describes itself as the only employee-owned cooperative coffee company in Ohio, running neighborhood cafes in Cleveland, Cleveland Heights and Lakewood and a wholesale bakery and coffee operation from its headquarters and roastery at 2211 Hamilton Ave. The name comes from the myth of the phoenix, the bird reborn from its own ashes.
