Saucy Brew Works

Saucy Brew Works is a Cleveland craft brewery, restaurant and coffee company. Brent Zimmerman and Eric Anderson opened the flagship brewpub in 2017 in the historic Steelman Building in Hingetown, where it became a cornerstone of the neighborhood's revival. Saucy has since spread across Ohio, with brewpubs in Columbus and Put-in-Bay and coffeehouses around the state.

Chief brewing officer Eric Anderson leads the brewing team, known for Juicy ASAP, the gold-medal What's His Nuts and a line of tart beers soured with Lachancea yeast instead of bacteria. Saucy Coffee, launched in 2020, roasts small-batch coffee for the pubs and online. Saucy was named Cleveland's best brewery in 2019.
