Shawnda Moye

Shawnda Moye is the founder and owner of The Roaming Biscuit, a Cleveland bakery known for homemade biscuits and breakfast sandwiches. She left a corporate career to bake, starting with pastries and catering orders.

Around 2016 she launched Southern Sweets, a pop-up of homestyle treats such as s'mores breakfast pastries.

In 2019 she started popping up with biscuits, first as Biscuit Heads, then as The Roaming Biscuit. She opened The Bake Shop & Café in Tyler Village in June 2021 and a flagship biscuit shop in Ohio City's Hingetown in July 2023.
