Stormy Sweitzer
Leadership coach and facilitator
Stormy Compeán Sweitzer is a board-certified coach, leadership development consultant and facilitator whose work centers on navigating the unknown, in organizations, relationships and personal life. Over roughly 25 years in leadership and organizational development she has worked across healthcare, academia, consumer goods, start-ups and humanitarian work. She coaches leaders at every stage of their careers, entrepreneurs and women in STEM through her private practice, Organizing Wonder, and as a coach with executive education at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.
Her research in organizational behavior at Case Western Reserve looks at the phenomenon of wonder and the social dynamics behind organizational emergence and individual belonging. She holds an MBA and an MPH. She is also a fiction writer: with Will Swanepoel she wrote The Drowning Shark (2016), a young adult environmental thriller about a teenager in South Africa who discovers why sharks are washing ashore without their fins.
Greyt Quote

“Sometimes you get stuck in this anxiety loop that keeps you from getting started. When this happens, you need to do things that put you in touch with the world OUTSIDE your head.”
