DigitalC

DigitalC is a Cleveland nonprofit technology social enterprise founded in 2015 to close the digital divide. It calls itself the only internet provider built for communities, by communities, and it is the only internet service provider headquartered in Cleveland.

Its Canopy service brings fast, affordable home internet to Cleveland neighborhoods that have long been left behind, with a citywide network finished in 2025 and a pilot in Detroit. DigitalC also teaches digital skills through its Click program, with more than 10,000 residents trained, and runs the MidTown Tech Hive on Euclid Avenue in Hough, a co-working, meeting and event space that is also home to its headquarters and the Hive Cafe.
