Edible Cleveland

Local food magazine for Northeast Ohio

About the organization

Edible Cleveland is a quarterly magazine about the people and stories behind Northeast Ohio's local food: the farmers, growers, chefs and makers, what is in season, and where to find it. Its beat covers Cuyahoga County along with Lake, Geauga, Portage, Summit, Medina and Lorain counties, told by local writers, photographers and illustrators.

The magazine is part of Edible Communities, a James Beard Award-winning network of more than 70 independently owned local food publications across the United States and Canada. In the mid-2010s it was published from Cleveland Heights, with Noelle Celeste as publisher and Jon Benedict as editor. As of 2026 the Edible Communities network is looking for a new owner to carry the Cleveland title forward.
