Townhall

TownHall is a healthy, organic restaurant founded in Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood in 2013 on the idea that health and enjoyment can and should go hand in hand. From the start it committed to non-GMO, organic and thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and its whole menu is non-GMO.

Today TownHall cooks only with grass-fed beef tallow, olive oil and avocado oil, sweetens without refined sugar, and serves third-party lab-tested coffee. The menu runs from brunch and sushi to vegan, paleo and keto plates, smoothies and cocktails. TownHall has a second location in Columbus's Short North and is run by Ethos Hospitality Group.
