Greyt Big Talk w/ Randy McShepard

Randell “Randy” McShepard is vice president of public affairs and chief talent officer at RPM International, the specialty coatings, sealants and building materials company headquartered in Medina, Ohio. He joined RPM in 2001 as director of community affairs, became vice president of public affairs in 2007 and was named chief talent officer in 2018. He oversees leadership development, succession planning and executive training across the company, including its Global Organizational Leadership Development (GOLD) team, and coordinates RPM's external affairs, corporate philanthropy and government relations.

Earlier he was executive director of City Year Cleveland and worked for the Cleveland Bicentennial Commission. Born and raised in Cleveland, he is co-founder and chairman of PolicyBridge, a public policy think tank serving Northeast Ohio, and co-founder of the Rid-All Green Partnership, an urban farm in the city's Kinsman neighborhood. He serves as a trustee of the Cleveland Foundation and Destination Cleveland, and he holds dual bachelor's degrees from Baldwin Wallace University and a master's in urban studies from Cleveland State University.
