John Carroll University's entrepreneurship center

About the organization

The Edward M. Muldoon Center for Entrepreneurship is the entrepreneurship hub of John Carroll University in University Heights, part of its Boler College of Business. It was founded in 1999 with a gift from Edward Muldoon, a 1948 John Carroll graduate, matched by the Boler Challenge Fund, to give the university's entrepreneurship program a permanent home.

Open to students of every major, the center is home base for the entrepreneurship minor and offers events and opportunities that help students explore career paths and build professional networks. Its work has included the Social Innovation Fellows scholarship program for incoming students, LaunchNET venture support with the Burton D. Morgan Foundation, and two community business groups, the Entrepreneurship Association and the Muldoon Partners.
